Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year administrative coordination or recruiting support experience.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills with attention to detail.
• Professional written and verbal communication; customer-service oriented.
• Able to work onsite at a U.S. manufacturing facility and support events.

Responsibilities

• Schedule candidates for interviews and hiring events.
• Coordinate interview rooms and onsite logistics.
• Send candidate reminders and instructions.
• Maintain candidate records and trackers.
• Support offers, pre-employment activities and orientation.
