Job summary

Butler America Aerospace is seeking an HR Assistant to support the HR team in Archbald, PA. The role includes orientation support, training record management, requisition status, events, and preparing reports.

Applicants should have at least 5 years HR experience, solid HRIS/ATS proficiency, and strong MS Office skills. On-site, with a 4/10 schedule and early start on orientation Mondays, this position offers a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and HR systems experience.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
• Experience interacting with all levels of employees.
• Experience using HR Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• On-site full-time to support a 4/10 work schedule (M-Th).
• Must be available before 7am on Mondays for orientation when scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the HR department.
• Supports new employee orientation and training record management.
• Manages requisition status, event/activity support, and reports.
• Maintains manual and electronic records and handles confidential data.
