Job summary

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Contract Recruiter for a manufacturing and hourly workforce assignment in the DFW area. This on-site, 4-6 week engagement will support approximately 15 open hourly positions, focusing on production and machine-operation roles.

The ideal candidate will move candidates quickly, screen effectively, and coordinate interviews, with prior experience in manufacturing recruiting and high-volume roles, plus strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or hourly workforce.
• Experience recruiting hourly or high-volume populations.
• Experience using major online recruiting platforms.
• Strong phone communication and candidate-engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active openings and pipelines.
• Comfortable working onsite five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activity for ~15 active hourly manufacturing and warehouse openings.
• Focus on production and machine-operation talent while supporting material handling and related roles.
• Review and work existing candidate pipelines from job boards and recruiting platforms.
• Conduct high-volume candidate outreach via phone, text, email, and messaging.
• Screen and pre-screen applicants for experience, availability, compensation, and fit.
• Clearly communicate job responsibilities, schedules, and environment before interviews.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring leaders and maintain momentum.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates and teams.
• Maintain candidate follow-up to reduce drop-off and improve experience.
• Re-engage qualified candidates in the pipeline and prioritize open positions.
• Track activity and keep candidate status accurate throughout the assignment.
