Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with computer and information security guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management of IT assets.
• Support and manage government furnished mobile devices and phone systems.
• Open, track, and resolve work tickets.
• Provide customer support as directed by Government.
