Job summary

AUTOPAY, located at the Denver Tech Center in Denver, CO, seeks a Helpdesk Analyst II to provide first-level IT support in-office. The role covers hardware, software, cloud, on-prem, and SaaS environments and collaborates with the systems administrator on deployments. Occasional Saturday work may be required.

This onsite position emphasizes customer service, technical troubleshooting, and continuous learning to advance IT skills within a growing fintech division of The Savings Group.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Helpdesk experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Active Directory, basic networking, PC hardware, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee tickets via phone, text, and email within service level requirements.
• Install, modify, troubleshoot, and repair client computer hardware and software.
• Provision and configure users in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other services.
• Assist with technical projects and departmental programming tasks (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript).
• Support secure network environments and report security vulnerabilities.
