Job summary

Foothills Park & Recreation District in Littleton, CO seeks a Technical Support Analyst I to install, support, and upgrade the district’s computer hardware, software, and communication systems. You will troubleshoot issues, assist staff remotely or at their desks, and ensure reliable operation of Microsoft 365 and related SaaS apps.

This entry-level role requires an Associate degree and hands-on tech experience; you will participate in on-call rotations, manage user accounts, deploy

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field.
• Two years of work experience repairing and maintaining computer hardware and software.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365 and TCP/IP.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, remote monitoring tools, and printers/peripherals.
• Familiarity with VoIP, virtual environments, and Exchange Online (hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Monitor helpdesk line during business hours; provide excellent customer service.
• Troubleshoot and assist staff remotely or at their desks; diagnose user needs.
• Support hybrid Microsoft 365 tenant and other SaaS apps.
• Maintain computer equipment: install, configure, relocate, and repair hardware/software.
• Create and manage user network and email accounts; manage licenses.
• Image and deploy workstations and laptops; install approved software.
• Maintain printers, copiers and peripherals; relocate hardware as needed.
• Assist with network/system monitoring and server maintenance.
• Perform basic network configuration and on-call after-hours support.
