Job summary

Automated Business Technologies, located in Centennial, CO, provides expert IT support for client networks and systems. The role requires strong MSP/Help Desk experience, deep networking knowledge, and proficiency with Active Directory, Meraki gear, and Windows environments.

You will install, configure, and maintain IT systems, respond to user inquiries, and collaborate with the team on security and project work. This in-person role offers growth opportunities in a modern team setting.

Qualifications

• 5 years of help desk experience required.
• 5 years of Windows experience required.
• Proven experience configuring and troubleshooting network, server, and desktop environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for networks, servers, computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, operating systems and software applications.
• Work with key client contacts to support their networks and software systems.
• Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution to technical issues.
• Conduct network administration tasks, including LAN/WAN/SDWAN setup and troubleshooting.
• Analyze client system logs/reports and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with IT team to implement and support IT projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and IT security procedures.

Responsibilities

• - Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for networks, servers, computer systems, software, and hardware.
• - Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, operating systems and software applications.

• - Highly experienced with Active Directory, GPOs, and user account management.
• - Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
• - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues.
• - Certifications such as CCNP, CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
• - Experience with Meraki networking equipment is a plus.
• - MSP/Help Desk Experience is a must.
• - Linux knowledge is a plus but not required.
