citizenship. You will handle Tier 1 support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and help participants connect devices to wireless networks. Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answering and remediating trouble calls during business hours
• Answering all Tier 1 calls, create and remediate Tier 1 tickets
• Escalate issues to Tier 2 as appropriate and remediate all Tier 2 escalations
• Be responsible for the implementation and operation of an integrated system of hardware and software applications designed to support mission of providing in-resident programs and mobile education events
• Troubleshoot all of the above systems on a continuous basis, either through direct interaction or remote connection
• Develop guides and instructions for participants on the IT resources available during their residency, and how to connect their personal laptops, smartphones, etc. towireless networks
