Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics seeks a Helpdesk Analyst to set up equipment for new hires, resolve Tier 2 tickets, and provide on-site support for internal employees. The role involves imaging, deployment, upgrades, and maintaining IT assets at the Carmel, IN headquarters (moving to Noblesville in 2027).

Ideal candidates have up to 4 years IT Helpdesk experience, strong customer service, and solid knowledge of Windows, macOS, AD, and Office 365. Some travel and security awareness are expected.

Qualifications

• BS in IT or Computer Science preferred with up to 2 years of IT Helpdesk experience.
• AS in IT or Computer Science with up to 4 years of IT Helpdesk experience.
• Collaborative interpersonal skills and customer-facing service ability.
• Ability to adapt and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site desktop support for company users and computers.
• Support Windows 10/11 and Apple/iOS/Android devices.
• Administer Office 365 and Active Directory.
• Escalate tickets as needed and collaborate with team.
• Imaging, deployment and application installation.
