Job summary

Omega Healthcare Management Services is seeking an on-site Training Specialist to design, deliver, and maintain healthcare training programs in Indianapolis, IN. You will develop materials, lead sessions, track outcomes, and ensure compliance with client standards while supporting waves, launches, and process changes.

The role emphasizes facilitation, coaching, and learner engagement across diverse healthcare and payer workflows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years in healthcare/pharmacy billing/patient-support or similar customer-service.
• Ability to explain complex information, coach, and provide constructive feedback.
• Working knowledge of US healthcare insurance and pharmacy-support concepts.
• Strong tech skills and ability to learn multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain training materials and records per Omega/client standards.
• Support training waves, cross-training, new program launches, and process changes.
• Deliver training accurately, on schedule, and meet learner completion and assessment expectations.
• Facilitate engaging sessions and create a psychologically safe learning environment.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, IT, HR, and client stakeholders and follow up on action items.
