Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking a Training Associate in Indianapolis, IN for a 7-month onsite contract. You will design and maintain platform-specific curriculum, working with site SMEs and COE to ensure content meets manufacturing process needs.

The role focuses on aligning training with Global, Platform, and Site content models, while supporting continuous improvement in qualification outcomes and learning effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in a GxP-regulated environment.
• Experience with curriculum design and GMP training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design platform-specific training content within COE governance.
• Collaborate with site SMEs and Platform Leads on curriculum updates.
• Ensure alignment of content with Global / Platform / Site model.
