Job summary

Omega Healthcare Management Services in Indianapolis, Indiana, seeks an experienced Trainer to design, deliver, and sustain training programs for healthcare and pharmacy support workflows. You will manage materials and records, ensuring accuracy and version control across training content and resources.

You will maintain a professional learning environment, provide readiness feedback and coaching to learners, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, HR, IT, and client teams to ensure readiness

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy billing, patient-support, insurance, contact center, or similar customer-service environment.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly, coach others, facilitate learning, present to groups, and provide constructive feedback.
• Working knowledge of U.S. healthcare insurance and pharmacy-support concepts, including copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and claim scenarios.
• Strong technology skills and the ability to learn multiple systems (CRM/case management tools, telephony, MS Office, learning platforms, web-based systems).
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification is preferred; active registration/licensure preferred where applicable.
• Spanish-speaking proficiency is preferred; post-secondary education or adult-learning coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain approved training materials, facilitator notes, learner resources, training records, and documentation.
• Support training waves, cross-training, new program launches, process changes, and technology implementations.
• Deliver training accurately, consistently, and on schedule while meeting learner-completion and documentation expectations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Workforce Management, Human Resources, IT, and client/program stakeholders.
• Provide readiness feedback, coaching, and a professional, engaging learning environment.
• Adapt to changes in client requirements, training schedules, and priorities in a fast-paced contact center.
