The role requires full-time availability, a 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. schedule, and contract-to-hire terms. Benefits and a focus on accuracy and courtesy are emphasized in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or call center environment is preferred.
• Ability to start at 9:00 a.m. and work 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
• Reliable transportation to consistently meet start times.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing client calls in a professional manner.
