Job summary

Reading Hospital is seeking a Field Services Technician I to provide hands-on IT end-user support across the enterprise. The role reports to a Field Services Supervisor and collaborates with Field Services Technicians and IT groups to install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software for end users.

The technician will handle first-level support, work within standardized SLAs, manage endpoints from PCs to handheld devices, and ensure timely, clear documentation of resolutions in the ITSM

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• IT-related Associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level IT end user support onsite.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software for end users.
• Document incident resolutions and requests in the ITSM platform.
• Collaborate with Field Services and other IT teams to support enterprise environments.
