Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc. is seeking a Desk Side Analyst to provide on-site hardware installation, management, and support at our Charleston area location.

This role interfaces with site leadership, end users, and multiple technology teams to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions that enhance patient care. The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and 3+ years of IT experience (or 6+ years in lieu of degree).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of related IT work experience or 6 years with alternative path.
• Experience in patient care environments and privacy practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hardware setup and support for computers, printers, scanners, phones, and related devices.
• Maintain accurate hardware inventories and manage onsite vendors to minimize disruption.
• Ensure SLA compliance and effective communication with stakeholders across teams.
• Collaborate with biomed, PMs, relationship managers and application analysts to deliver standard tech solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support and weekend coverage.
