Job summary

Nordic Global in Greenville, SC is seeking a Desk Side Analyst to provide onsite technology installation, management, and end-user support at a healthcare facility. You will build trusted relationships with site leadership and collaborate with biomed, project managers, relationship managers and application analysts to deliver practical IT solutions that support patient care.

This role requires hands-on hardware support, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 3 years of related experience, or 6 years of related experience without degree.
• Pursuing related degree encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hardware support including computers, printers, and devices.
• Maintain accurate hardware inventories of production equipment and spare parts.
• Ensure SLAs are met or exceeded, report concerns to manager.
• Manage vendors to avoid interruptions to clinical staff.
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure consistent end-user experience.
• Support 24x7 operations and on-call weekend support.
• Provide training and feedback to teams.
• Translate IT language for non-technical attendees.
