Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Desk Side Analyst to support hardware and software at healthcare facilities. You will partner with site leadership and IT teams to deliver reliable technology solutions that support patient care in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on hardware support, strong communication, and the ability to manage inventories and SLA adherence while traveling between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related IT experience, or 6 years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with all levels of customers.
• Knowledge of patient care environment and privacy practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and device support including computers, printers, scanners, phones, and telehealth equipment.
• Maintain accurate hardware inventories and ensure cost-conscious technology usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent user experience across the organization.
• Ensure SLAs are met and assist in troubleshooting with the broader technology team.
