Nordic Global is seeking a Desk Side Analyst to provide on-site IT support at our Charleston, SC location. You will assist with hardware installation, setup, and ongoing support for clinical staff and leadership, ensuring reliable technology and minimal downtime.

You will collaborate with biomed, project managers, and application analysts to deliver cost-effective, standard technology solutions that support exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
3+ years of IT support experience or 6+ years of related experience.
Experience supporting healthcare environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with hardware support including computers, printers, scanners, phones, and telehealth equipment.
Maintain accurate hardware inventories and vendor coordination to minimize service interruptions.
Ensure SLAs are met and provide proactive communication to managers and teams.
