Responsibilities

• Assist with hardware installation, maintenance, and support at assigned locations.
• Maintain accurate hardware inventories and coordinate with vendors to minimize patient-care disruption.
• Ensure SLAs are met and communicate issues to management promptly.
• Collaborate with biomed, project managers, relationship managers and application analysts to standardize technology solutions for patient care.
