Job summary

firstPRO, Inc. is seeking an IT Support / Desktop Deployment Technician to provide hands-on technical support in an onsite setting. The role covers end-user devices, peripherals, OS, and application software, with involvement in desktop deployment and project work.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of IT support experience, strong Microsoft environment skills, and solid customer service. Healthcare IT experience is highly preferred and travel between local facilities may be required.

Qualifications

2+ years of IT support experience, including Tier 1 responsibilities.
Experience working with Microsoft environments and end-user devices.
Hands-on troubleshooting for hardware/software and network issues.
Experience with desktop deployments and device configurations.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite Tier 1 technical support for PCs, devices, printers, and software.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral issues.
Perform desktop deployments, replacements, upgrades, and configurations.
Diagnose basic TCP/IP and network connectivity issues.
Provide professional, customer-focused support in a fast-paced environment.
Travel between local facilities to deliver onsite support.
