Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Delivery specialist for a 3-month contract with potential to convert to permanent. You will support the implementation of technical solutions within client projects, work closely with project teams, and handle desktop PC support, imaging, and software installations onsite in healthcare settings.

The role requires hands-on technical skills, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent hands-on experience; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Must have onsite hospital/healthcare experience.
• 2+ years in technical delivery, implementation, or consulting in IT services.

Responsibilities

• Support successful implementation of technical solutions in client projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet client requirements effectively.
• Handle desktop PC support, imaging, software installation, and inventory management.
• Create reports in Excel and interact with clients on-site.
