Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Desk Side Analyst to provide on-site hardware and software support in a patient care environment. You will interact with site leadership and end users, coordinate with biomed, project managers, and other IT teams to deliver standard technology solutions that support exceptional patient care.

The role emphasizes accurate inventories, cost awareness, and adherence to SLAs while enabling a seamless technology experience across supported sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related IT experience or 6 years of related experience.
• Experience in Information Technology within a healthcare or patient-care setting is preferred.
• Must be able to lift hardware up to 50 pounds and travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hardware support including computers, printers, scanners, phones, and telehealth equipment.
• Deliver cost effective, standard technology solutions enabling patient care.
• Maintain accurate hardware inventories and coordinate with vendors to avoid clinical disruption.
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure consistent user experience across the organization.
• Follow work instructions and contribute to training needs within teams.
• Communicate clearly to diverse audiences, translating IT terms for non-technical users.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and after-hours support as needed.
