Nordic Desk Side Analyst position focuses on hardware installation, maintenance, and user support across clinical sites. You will build trust with site leadership and end users while coordinating with biomed, project managers, relationship managers and application analysts to deliver standard technology solutions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

This role requires on-site work, 24x7 operations, and participation in an on-call rotation for weekend and after-hours support.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience, or 6 years of related experience.
• Healthcare information technology experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and travel between sites.

• Assist with hardware support including computers, printers, scanners, phones, and telehealth equipment.
• Maintain accurate hardware inventories and spare parts.
• Manage vendors and coordinate with facilities to minimize disruption.
• Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to ensure consistent user experience.
