Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of Deskside IT Support, Field Support or Onsite IT Operations experience.
• Healthcare or enterprise environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary onsite desk- side and field technician for incidents escalated by the Service Desk.
• Provide inperson support for clinicians, researchers, and staff.
• Resolve hardware, OS, and peripheral issues that cannot be remediated remotely.
• Perform IMAC lifecycle activities: deployments, onboarding, moves, changes and upgrades.
• Coordinate installations with user availability and site access constraints.
• Ensure hardware and peripherals are configured per standards and secured after handover.
