Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service for basic and routine inquiries via multiple channels
• Uses systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot
• Provides feedback on call trends, processes, and training
• Refer inquiries to published materials or senior staff when needed
• Follow policies and standard operating procedures including timesheets and privacy rules
