Job summary

Maximus is hiring Customer Service Representatives to provide compassionate, reliable support to individuals navigating healthcare programs. This on-site role in Riverview or Tampa, FL offers training and a starting pay of $15.61 per hour with eligibility for a bonus.

Evening/night shifts are preferred with a 10% differential. You will assist vulnerable community members, helping them understand benefits via phone, email, or chat, while upholding privacy and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally and fluently.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service for basic and routine inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, web chat, or letters).
• Uses computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
• Ensures timely, courteous responses and adheres to HIPAA policies.
