Qualifications

• On-site at Chester, VA; remote work not available initially.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service for basic and routine inquiries via multiple channels.
• Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
• Respond to inquiries by referring to published materials or more senior staff when needed.
• Offer timely, courteous responses using pre-scripted messages where applicable.
• Follow privacy and HIPAA policies and assist with online plan applications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client regulations and policies.
