• Serve as liaison between local hospital operations and CSC/prime distributor, ensuring accurate sort codes and deliveries.
• Review and implement productivity goals aligned with department vision.
• Ensure safety protocols and performance standards are followed by the team.
• Identify operational improvements to meet productivity metrics.
