Responsibilities

• Directs daily inventory management for perioperative and clinical units and the central storeroom.
• Collaborates with clinical units to establish par levels and refill points.
• Extracts and interprets data to monitor KPIs and improve workflow efficiencies.
• Oversees compliance with regulatory requirements (Joint Commission, DoH, etc.).
• Manages department goals and staff evaluations.
