Amazon's Workplace Health & Safety team seeks an Onsite Medical Representative to deliver first aid, guidance on injuries, and safety coaching on the Indianapolis site. You will manage care records and coordinate workers’ compensation while supporting daily safety operations.

The role requires BLS and EMT/Paramedic credentials, with ongoing training in CPR/AED and general workplace wellness. A flexible schedule includes days, nights, and weekends across a dynamic, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• First aid, CPR and AED certifications required or must obtain within 3 weeks of start date.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and Workers’ Compensation programs.
• Proficient in digital recordkeeping and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with industrial wellness programs and ergonomics coaching.
• Background in biomechanics or body mechanics training is a plus.
• Military combat medic or related healthcare service experience within last year.

Responsabilités

• Provide first aid and refer to outside providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain all care records for associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and shift-end reports.
• Coach associates and leadership on safe work practices.
• Maintain medical supplies and a clean facility.
• Participate in first aid, CPR, and AED training certifications.
• Keep all first aid, CPR, AED credentials current.
• Work flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, weekends.
• Assist with saliva drug testing protocols when needed.
• Support on-site emergency response and care delivery.
