Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to maintain digital records.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain care records and manage workers’ compensation processes.
• Coordinate return-to-work programs for injured associates.
• Maintain on-site medical supplies and inventory.
• Support training for first aid, CPR, and AED on site.
• Maintain all relevant medical credentials and certifications.
• Adapt to flexible shifts including days, nights, or weekends.
