Red Knight Solutions is seeking a Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. The role focuses on hardware break-fix services, requiring troubleshooting and adherence to company guidelines.

The candidate will report to the Territory Supervisor and perform duties across service calls with emphasis on customer satisfaction. Requirements include technical certification or equivalent and 1–2 years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Own a basic repair tool kit
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs

Responsabilités

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues
