Job summary

Flexcraft is growing—and we’re hiring a hands-on Process Engineer with extrusion blow molding experience to help improve performance, reduce scrap, and support new product launches. This is an onsite role in Neptune City, NJ, offering ownership of the extrusion processes and a chance to solve real problems on the floor.

You will optimize cycle time, scrap reduction, and equipment performance, lead root-cause analyses, and partner with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of process engineering experience in plastics manufacturing.
• Hands-on extrusion blow molding experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize on the production floor.
• Knowledge of materials, tooling, and molding equipment.
• Experience with SPC, DOE, or Six Sigma tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Optimize extrusion blow molding processes to improve cycle time and quality.
• Troubleshoot floor issues and lead root-cause analysis.
• Lead process improvements and implement permanent solutions.
• Support new product launches, mold trials, and validations.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams.
• Develop and standardize SOPs and best practices.
