Job summary

Flexcraft is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer with extrusion blow molding experience to improve performance, reduce scrap, and support new product launches. This onsite, 24/7 manufacturing role offers ownership of scrap, cycle time, and uptime, with opportunities to implement improvements and drive measurable results.

You will work on extrusion blow molding processes, optimize cycle times, troubleshoot floor issues, and lead root cause analyses in a collaborative environment with Production,

Qualifications

5+ years of process engineering experience in plastics manufacturing.
Hands-on extrusion blow molding experience preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize production processes.
Strong understanding of materials, tooling, and molding equipment.
Experience with SPC, DOE, or Six Sigma tools (preferred).
Comfortable working on the production floor, not just at a desk.

Responsibilities

Optimize processes to improve cycle time, quality, and efficiency.
Troubleshoot production issues on the floor.
Lead root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.
Support new product launches, mold trials, and validations.
Partner with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams.
Develop SOPs and standardize best practices.
