Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience with blow molding and/or injection molding equipment strongly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting ability across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience working with 480V / 3-phase power.
- Ability to read schematics and equipment manuals.
- A technician who takes ownership and follows through.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running reliably.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Diagnose breakdowns and minimize downtime quickly.
- Partner with Production and Engineering to solve repeat issues at the root cause.
- Support equipment installs, upgrades, and improvements.
- Document work in CMMS (IQMS or similar).
