Job summary

Flexcraft Manufacturing in Neptune, NJ is seeking an Injection & Blow Molding Process Operator to run, monitor, and optimize molding equipment to meet output and quality goals. You’ll diagnose and resolve issues on molding machines, perform mold swaps, and support preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework or 2+ years relevant experience preferred.
• English fluency, written and verbal.
• Proficiency with precision measurement devices.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as IQMS.

Responsibilities

• Run, monitor, and optimize molding equipment to meet output and quality goals.
• Diagnose and resolve issues on molding machines and auxiliary systems.

What You’ll Do

• Run, monitor, and optimize molding equipment to meet output and quality goals.
• Diagnose and resolve issues on molding machines and auxiliary systems.

Schedule

• 12-hour rotating 2-3-2 pattern
• Days: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Nights: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• Rotation Example: Week 1 (Mon–Tue work, Wed–Thu off, Fri–Sun work) → Week 2 (Mon–Tue off, Wed–Thu work, Fri–Sun off)
