Flexcraft is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer with extrusion blow molding experience to improve performance, reduce scrap, and support new product launches. This onsite, 24/7 manufacturing role offers ownership of scrap, cycle time, and uptime, with opportunities to implement improvements and drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of process engineering experience in plastics manufacturing.
• Hands-on extrusion blow molding experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize production processes.
• Strong understanding of materials, tooling, and molding equipment.
• Experience with SPC, DOE, or Six Sigma tools (preferred).
• Comfortable working on the production floor, not just at a desk.

What You’ll Be Working On

Work Environment & Schedule

This is an onsite, hands-on role supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation.

The position requires regular presence on the production floor and alignment with 12-hour production shifts as needed to support troubleshooting, process improvements, and key production activities.

This structure allows you to be closer to the process, respond in real time, and make faster, more effective improvements—not just analyze problems after the fact.

A typical day could include troubleshooting a process issue on the floor, running a trial, and working directly with operators to stabilize and improve performance.
