Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Learning Architect to design and maintain platform-specific training for Global Manufacturing and Quality Learning & Development. You will partner with site SMEs, Platform Leads, and COE to ensure training content is current, compliant, and aligned with manufacturing processes, applying three-layer content models (Global/Platform/Site).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in a GxP-regulated environment.
• Experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, and Manufacturing/Quality operations.
• Experience with curriculum design, LMS, and GMP training requirements.
• Strong understanding of GxP and GMP regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design platform-specific curriculum within COE standards and governance.
• Ensure content alignment to manufacturing processes and site needs.
• Collaborate with Platform Lead, COE, and site SMEs for curriculum updates.
• Identify training gaps and drive continuous improvement in qualification outcomes.
