Job summary

Corcept Therapeutics seeks a Quality Systems professional to support the GxP training program. The role is hybrid, with on-site presence three days per week, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Document Control and GxP Training.

You will manage LMS tasks, create curricula, monitor training performance, collaborate with HR, IT, and department leads, and help implement LMS enhancements to maintain training compliance across GxP areas.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in scientific/technical/engineering field required.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical or life sciences preferred.
• Experience supporting GxP training programs and LMS.
• Strong organizational and communication skills across departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain LMS tasks: create curricula, support enhancements, troubleshoot accounts.
• Support GxP Training Leads with reports, policies, and training matrices.
• Assess qualification materials and add them to curricula across GxP groups.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and managers to onboard training roles.
• Design dashboards and report metrics to improve training visibility.
