Job summary

Zifo in San Diego seeks a Lab Computing Engineer to deliver consulting, analytical and technical lab services, including multivendor instrument support and on-site validation. The role collaborates with business users and Zifo’s support team to meet client needs.

You will manage requirements, provide IT consulting, and deliver onsite lab IT support, while liaising with client leads and field engineers to ensure compliance and smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Biomedical or Chemical fields.
• 5+ years of technical exp including Windows, networking, remote computing and backups.
• At least 3 years in software development and testing.
• At least 2 years in business requirements analysis and gathering.
• Demonstrated domain knowledge in Bio/Pharma areas.
• Ability to guide colleagues and gain client trust.
• Familiar with US/International regulations (GLP, GMP, 21 CFR Part 11/210/211/820) is a plus.
