Job summary

Zifo is seeking a Lab Computing Analyst to provide on-site IT support, consulting, and technical lab services at our San Diego client site. The role emphasizes understanding client needs, validating lab systems, and driving process improvements with a focus on instrument IT and compliance.

The candidate will work with business users and the Zifo support team, handling IT consulting, requirements gathering, and collaboration with field engineers.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Management and onsite Validation/Compliance support.
• IT Consulting and Customer Liaison.
• Onsite Lab IT Support and break/fix for instrument systems.
• Participate in validation activities and change control where applicable.
• Provide weekly planning and monthly/quarterly status reporting.
