Job summary

Zifo is seeking a Lab Computing Analyst to provide on-site IT support and technical lab services at client sites in Framingham or Waltham, MA. The role combines consulting, analysis and hands-on IT support within pharmaceutical lab environments.

The candidate will manage requirements, perform validation/compliance activities, and liaise with internal teams and clients to optimize lab IT systems and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent in Pharmaceutical, Bio-technology, Bio-medical, Chemical.
• 3+ years of relevant technical experience including Windows technologies, networking, remote computing and backup systems.
• At least 1 year in software development and testing.
• At least 1 year of experience in business requirement analysis and gathering.
• Demonstrated domain knowledge in Bio/Pharma areas such as Drug Discovery, Clinical study, Lab Workflows.
