Zifo is seeking a Lab Computing Analyst to deliver on-site IT support for laboratory instrumentation and systems in North Chicago, IL. The role combines IT consulting, requirements gathering, and validation activities to improve client processes.

Responsibilities include managing requirements, coordinating demos, and enabling change control while ensuring adherence to client policies and industry standards. This is a 100% on-site position with direct client interaction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Biomedical, Chemical fields.
• 5+ years of technical experience including Windows technologies, networking, remote computing and backup systems.
• At least 3 years in software development and testing.
• At least 2 years of experience in business requirements analysis and gathering.
• Knowledge of US/International regulations (GLP, GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, Part 210/211/820) preferred.
