Job summary

Zifo is seeking a Lab Computing Analyst to provide on-site IT support and consulting at a client site in Waltham, MA. The role focuses on requirements analysis, validation/compliance, and liaison between lab owners and vendors for effective solutions.

The position demands strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced laboratory environment. Relocation is not offered, and the role is based on-site in Boston's metro area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent in Pharmaceutical, Bio-technology, Bio-medical, or Chemical.
• 5+ years of relevant technical experience including Windows technologies, networking, remote computing and backup systems.
• At least 3 years in software development and testing.
• At least 2 years of experience in business requirement analysis and gathering.
• Familiarity with US/International regulations such as GLP, GMP, 21 CFR Part 11/210/211/820 preferred.
