Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in the maintenance of a community and support the Maintenance Supervisor. The role emphasizes dependable daily upkeep, safety, and responsive service for residents at our property.

You will help with grounds and building maintenance, handle work orders, and participate in preventive tasks, while adhering to safety standards and Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of the property including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks.
• Perform on-site maintenance, cleaning, trash removal, and manage grounds and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
• Ensure safety and maintain OSHA compliance.
