Job summary

Core Spaces in Auburn, AL is seeking a reliable, on-site Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain exterior areas, perform daily cleaning, and uphold the property's curb appeal. This role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and supports a culture focused on hospitality and teamwork.

You will complete daily checklists, remove trash, mop and vacuum assigned areas, and assist with move-outs as needed. The job requires lifting up to 50 pounds and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and overtime when

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a full shift on-site.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and overtime.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
• One year of maintenance or skilled-trade experience.
• Experience in the student housing or multi-family industry.

Responsibilities

• Groundskeeping and upkeep of property: Ensure completion of daily checklists; Maintain exterior cleanliness and curb appeal; Maintain landscaping between 3rd party visits; Clean and sweep swimming pools; Arrange property furniture; Mop and vacuum daily; Ensure amenity areas stay clean and presentable; Ensure product presentation meets brand standards.
