Job summary

Core Spaces Austin is seeking a Porter/groundskeeper to maintain a welcoming on-site property. You will complete groundskeeping tasks, remove trash, prep for pickup, mop, vacuum, and ensure exterior curb appeal and pool areas meet brand standards.

On-site full shifts are required, with occasional evenings, weekends and overtime. Must lift up to 50 pounds; prior maintenance or skilled-trade experience and basic computer skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• One year of maintenance or skilled-trade work experience.
• Basic familiarity with computers and simple software tasks.

Responsibilities

• Groundskeeping and upkeep of property: daily checklists, curb appeal, landscaping between third‑party visits.
• Clean and sweep pools; arrange property furniture; mop and vacuum daily.
• Ensure amenity areas stay clean and presentable and product presentation meets brand standards.
• On-site full shift; available for evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Assist with move-outs/move-ins and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
