Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Porter on-site to handle groundskeeping and daily upkeep of the property. You will complete daily checklists, maintain curb appeal, assist with moves, and ensure amenities stay clean and presentable in a student housing setting.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work a full on-site shift, and be available for evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary. Prior maintenance or skilled-trade experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education preferred.
• Proficient in simple computer tasks.
• One year of experience in maintenance or a skilled trade is a plus.
• Experience in student housing or multi-family industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily checklists and maintain exterior cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Maintain landscaping in between third‑party service visits.
• Clean and sweep pools as required and arrange property furniture as directed.
• Mop and vacuum daily in all required areas and ensure amenities stay presentable.
• Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds; assist with move-outs or turnovers when needed.
