Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings.
• Remove trash from office areas and community perimeter daily.
• Assist in making ready units and removing trash from vacant apartments.
• Assist and perform assigned maintenance tasks promptly.
• Clean available units and models as needed.
• Operate pressure washer and backpack blowers.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Service Manager for repairs.
• Perform tasks and operate machinery safely in accordance with procedures.
