Greystar Worldwide, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a multi-family community in Auburn, AL. You will perform groundskeeping, basic make-ready tasks, and routine maintenance to preserve curb appeal and functionality.

You will provide strong customer service to residents, assist the service team, and follow safety policies in daily operations. This role is full-time and onsite at the community.

Qualifications

• Maintenance tasks across community facilities and units.
• Grounds upkeep and curb appeal responsibilities.
• Customer service skills to assist residents and colleagues.
• A focus on safety compliance and hazard reporting.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to keep common areas clean and presentable.
• Removes litter and debris and cleans common areas and amenities.
• Completes minor service requests as directed by the Supervisor/Community Manager.
• Changes locks as required and ensures pool area gates meet codes.
• Distributes notices and communicates with residents as needed.
• Raises safety concerns with supervisors and participates in safety trainings.
